The Role

Digital Marketing Manager will be hands on to develop, implement, track and optimise their digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels with a specialist knowledge and focus of social media strategy and management. With a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution primarily through digital means such as search, social media, affiliate, viral, marketing and so on, according to agreed budgets.

The role will also mean taking responsibility for CRM, strategy, communications campaign, traffic reporting and analysis, social media, site optimisation and ensuring policies such as data protection are adhered to.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage, plan, collaborate and execute all digital marketing, including but not limited to social media, marketing/CRM database, social media, paid and display advertising campaigns
  • Implement and manage the CRM strategy & communications campaigns
  • Utilise a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
  • Design, build and increase the social media presence
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website
  • Support the improvement of the usability, design, content and conversion of the company websites
  • Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor dataIdentify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns, landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end guest experience across multiple channels and guest touch points
  • Identify, evaluate and improve conversion points and optimise user funnels
  • Management of the Facebook Bot as applicable
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to the guest base; collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity

Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database / CRM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools e.g., GoogleAnalytics
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, affiliate programming
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Develop & manage customer segmentation across the broadcast email & triggered lifecycle campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Social media and reputation management
