About the company

Our client is looking for a high calibre Digital Media Advertising Sales Recruitment Specialist to build a new desk. Established 6 years ago, successful and well-regarded, this boutique Media consultancy, is expanding. With strong connections across the media sectors including, events, sponsorship and media sales our client is now looking to develop further into the Digital Media arena.

 

About the role

As the Digital Media Recruitment Specialist you will have the autonomy to build your own desk. You will have access to some amazing and ‘hot’ client contacts. You should have the ambition, capability and industry knowledge to drive the growth of the digital side of the business with the aim of then recruiting further consultants later in the year.

As with all 360 roles new business development will be essential, along with being well versed in knowing where to look for potential talent. Additionally you will have the option of operating in the technical or sales side of digital media, with a focus on results rather than KPI’s.

The successful candidate will be given the support and flexibility to build the digital side of the business in the manner which they feel most likely to reap the highest rewards.
