The role of the Executive Search Consultant will consist of making sales calls, researching, interviewing as well as client management.
You will be expected to conduct your own research, gain referrals, network and use the relevant tools to create connections within the industry as well as conduct face to face interviews will all candidates in order to assess their suitability for client roles. If that does not keep you challenged then you should know that you will also need to manage clients and develop their business.
