The Role

Working within a successful team, the PPC Manager will be responsible for delivering our clients PPC strategy. This will be achieved through having ownership of the PPC channel and by driving outstanding results across all engines and multiple countries.

Managing the PPC budgets across various brands, it is important to ensure that PPC is co-ordinated with the rest of our client’s marketing strategy and you may be required to support other marketing efforts with knowledge and experience.

This role will involve a number of key responsibilities that will also include:

  • Taking responsibility for driving optimum results and achieving aggressive targets across various campaigns, engines and countries
  • Planning monthly spend, keyword/ad copy strategy and driving processes around the optimisation of our clients main KPI’s
  • Providing comprehensive management reporting on a regular basis while being responsible for the relationships with account managers of different publishers
  • Closely liaising with the SEO team to ensure that where appropriate, our client is maximising their total opportunity from search
  • Implementing best-of-breed techniques around creative testing, landing page testing, keyword expansion and negative keyword definition while maintaining a pulse on key PPC trends and online marketing industry
  • Focusing on ROI

While these are the key responsibilities you will hold in the role, you will also be required to carry out any other duties as requested by the company.

The Person

You will be confident with a friendly personality and someone who is committed and engaged, taking full responsibility for the role. Your drive, energy and enthusiasm will be well placed within our clients’ culture and your personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient and friendly manner will be crutial.

With excellent communication skills for both ad copy and reporting purposes, you will be data driven and business-oriented with excellent analytical skills.

The successful candidate will be ideally educated to A level standard or equivalent, although a Marketing Degree is highly desirable.

Experience

  • 3+ years of proven expert level PPC experience, preferably in Online Gaming
  • Previous active, hands-on experience managing multiple PPC campaigns
  • Solid management experience of a team of PPC professionals
  • You will have experience with Marin Software, as well as a number of IT skills including advanced Excel data analysis work and the ability to manage budgets on the Google AdWords Display Network
  • The ability to implement a strong analytical approach in your work, with testing ad copy, landing page and keyword strategies
  • An extensive understanding of online marketing in general and the role PPC plays within online marketing
