Regulatory Consultant -Contract Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Regulatory and Compliance Consultant for one of thier projects assigned to the South East of England for a short term contract.

You will need to have experience of Regulatory and Compliance initiatives for:

• Consumer Credit
  • Motor Finance
  • Credit Cards
  • Alternative Lending
• FCA knowledge- Conduct Risk, Conc sourcebook etc
• Initiatives and reviews for recommendations and proposals
  • New processes and procedures
  • New systems
  • Target Operating Models 
  • GAP Analysis  

In addition you should have:

• A minimum of 3 years consultancy experience along with Financial Services experience
• Good knowledge of FCA rules and principles, Business Model and Strategy, Policies and Process
• Confidence in your opinions, to improve policy, process, people environments and performance metrics

Special Focus assignments in:

• Consumer Credit
• Wealth Management
• Administration of Consumer Credit redress 

Flexible location mix of home/client site. Some travel to the client site.
