The Client

Our client is a revolutionary and highly scalable SaaS technology platform which enhances the way that companies reward and reinforce customer loyalty. The platform enables companies to build, manage and publish powerful marketing and rewards campaigns, leveraging its access to product, logistical superiority and global footprint of leading retailers such as Amazon Business. They enable businesses to acquire and retain customers via global technology.

They are now recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive SaaS to manage their complete B2B sales cycles, convert sales-ready inbound leads and consistently achieve quota and revenue goals. The successful candidate will be a sales superstar with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced start up. Due to the global nature of this role, flexibility is a must.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deal with all inbound enquiries/leads, managing the full sales cycle from qualification, conducting product demonstrations, to negotiating and closing deals
  • Manage a large pipeline of deals while consistently working on new opportunities
  • Ensure sales revenue goals are achieved consistently
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders in a small to enterprise business, from CRM managers to C-level executives
  • Suggest recommendations based on clients’ needs at every stage of the sales process
  • Maintain account records in Hubspot
  • Use other tools such as Google Analytics, Visitor Queue, Crossbeam
  • Report directly into our Co-Founder
  • Collaborate with account management and operational teams to ensure client success post-sale

Experience and Requirements

  • Experience selling SaaS is essential
  • Experience in gambling industry is essential 
  • Previous experience of working for a customer loyalty / rewards / benefits / e-commerce business in a sales capacity is highly desirable
  • Previous experience of working for a technology start-up is highly desirable
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment, both independently and as part of a strong team
  • Ambitious and driven with the ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent networker with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Flexibility to work with global clients across multiple time zones

Basic Salary of £40K-£45K with OTE of (£70K-80K) uncapped, hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home, pension plan, 25 days holiday which can roll over, unlimited coffee to keep you going, plus a great learning and working environment.
