The Role

• To help drive transformational change within this highly regarded online gambling organisation.
• Track delivery Squads progress within a changing digital environment
• Create, analyse and track key business metrics to report on performance and variation
• Maintain and refine roadmaps and initiatives, establishing standard methodologies, next steps, and outcomes
• Maintain and update actuals and forecast spend for each team/squad
• Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
• Ensure the compliance of responsible gaming protocols
• Track delivery team progress within a changing digital environment
• Create, analyse and track key business metrics to report on performance and variation
• Maintain and refine roadmaps and initiatives, establishing standard methodologies, next steps, and outcomes
• Maintain and update actuals and forecast spend for each team

Skills and experience needed:

• You will have worked in either in a gaming or a start-up / rapidly scaling fintech / Digital / eCommerce environment where there is little or no project delivery structure in place.
• Experience of working in an Agile environment and supporting either Product Managers or Project Managers to deliver front end digital / web-based projects.
• Strong experience of co-ordinating project schedules, setting up processes to track project progress including budgets and deliverables and ensuring that projects are being delivered on time and to budget.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate project deadlines and up-dates to Senior Management and Development Teams and ensure everyone is kept current of any changes.
• Source project supplies and written work flow procedures.
• Solid experience of using PowerPoint, Excel, Jira and Confluence or similar products.
• Monitor project schedules and plans and be comfortable preparing presentations for Board Meetings and showcasing progress reports to Senior Stakeholders.
• Experience of project planning and tracking the teams progress with a changing digital environment.
• Create, analyse and track key business metrics to report on performance and variation

• Maintain and update actuals and forecast spend for each team.
• Ensure the compliance of responsible gaming protocols;Any other duties as requested by the company.
