Our highly successful global client is looking for a hands-on, organised HR & Office Assistant to support their day-to-day People operations on a part-time basis.
You’ll work closely with the HR Manager as they scale—helping bring new ideas to life, improve how they do things, and create a culture people genuinely want to be part of. This is a broad role combining HR administration with office and operations management.
This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and get involved across the full employee journey. For the right person, there is real potential for this role to grow into a full-time position as the business continues to expand.
We’re looking for someone who’s methodical but brings personality—someone who can have fun with the team while knowing when to keep things professional and moving forward.
Responsibilities include:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and documentation
Support onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and day-to-day HR administration
Act as a first point of contact for basic employee queries
Assist with maintaining HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Recruitment, Benefits & L&D
Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling and candidate communication
Support benefits administration and reward initiatives
Assist with L&D coordination, including training logistics and record-keeping
Office & Administrative Support
Support day-to-day office coordination, ensuring a smooth running environment
Assist with travel bookings, meeting logistics, and general administrative tasks
Act as a point of contact for office-related queries and external providers
Help coordinate new joiner setup, including IT and equipment requests
Projects & Improvements
Support the HR Manager with process improvements and People initiatives
Assist with ad hoc HR and office-related projects as needed
What we are looking for:
1-2 years’ experience in HR Operations at a high growth startup
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Able to handle highly confidential information with discretion, always maintaining trust and confidence.
Interest in developing a career in HR / People
