Our client, a leading international iGaming organisation, is looking for a motivated and creative Junior Digital Designer to join their fast-paced creative and marketing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer with a passion for digital design, motion graphics, social media content, HTML5 banners, and online advertising to develop their skills within a global business. The successful candidate will support the delivery of engaging, high-quality creative assets across digital platforms, helping to strengthen brand identity, improve user experience, and support marketing performance across international markets.
Working closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams, the Junior Digital Designer will gain hands-on experience across digital campaigns, display advertising, CRM, web assets, and social media creative.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Digital Designer, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the development of creative concepts and motion-first ideas for digital campaigns
Designing and producing animated assets for digital platforms
Creating HTML5 display banners for paid media and online advertising campaigns
Producing social media assets, including reels, stories, short-form videos, and paid social creatives
Supporting the creation of basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools
Designing static assets for web, CRM, email marketing, display advertising, and social media
Adapting, resizing, and localising creative assets across multiple formats and international markets
Working with tools such as Bannerflow, Creatopy, or similar display campaign platforms
Collaborating with designers, copywriters, marketing teams, and wider stakeholders
Presenting creative concepts and design ideas internally
Ensuring all creative assets follow brand guidelines and meet quality standards
Managing timelines and workload using project management tools
Assisting with quality assurance checks on creative assets before delivery
Staying up to date with digital design trends, motion design trends, social media formats, and emerging creative tools
Skills and Experience Required
The successful candidate will have:
2–3 years of experience in digital design, including internships, freelance work, agency, studio, or in-house experience
A strong portfolio showcasing digital advertising work across multiple formats
Experience creating assets for display advertising, social media, CRM campaigns, web, and digital marketing
Experience using Bannerflow, Creatopy, or similar campaign production platforms
A basic understanding of motion design, animation, and digital storytelling
Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to visual design
A genuine interest in digital marketing, online advertising, social media content, and performance-led creative
Good understanding of brand consistency and design quality standards
Excellent written and spoken English
Advantageous Skills
The following would be considered an advantage:
A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Motion Design, or a related creative field
Experience working in the iGaming, online casino, betting, gaming, or digital entertainment industry
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
Experience creating HTML5 display banners
Experience using Figma
Experience with Blender for 3D modelling and animation
Experience using tools such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management platforms
Interest in AI-assisted creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Freepik, Runway, or similar platforms for ideation, concept development, and rapid visual prototyping
Fluency in Portuguese
