Our client, a leading international iGaming organisation, is looking for a talented and highly motivated Mid-Weight Digital Designer to join their fast-paced creative and marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative designer with strong digital, motion, and campaign experience to work on global brand campaigns across a growing portfolio of international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality digital assets, motion graphics, HTML5 display banners, social media content, CRM creatives, and web assets that support brand growth, user engagement, and marketing performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a motion-first mindset, and the ability to develop creative concepts independently while working collaboratively with designers, copywriters, marketers, and wider creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mid-Weight Digital Designer, you will be responsible for:
Developing creative concepts and motion-first ideas for digital marketing campaigns
Designing and producing animated assets for display advertising, social media, CRM campaigns, and web platforms
Creating HTML5 display banners using platforms such as Bannerflow, Creatopy, or similar tools
Producing social media assets, including reels, stories, short-form videos, and paid social creatives
Creating motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and similar tools
Designing static digital assets for web, CRM, email marketing, display, and social media campaigns
Supporting video editing and short-form content production
Adapting and localising campaign assets for multiple international markets
Collaborating with designers, copywriters, marketing teams, and other stakeholders
Presenting creative concepts and design ideas internally
Ensuring all creative assets follow brand guidelines and meet quality standards
Managing deadlines and workload using project management tools
Performing quality assurance checks on digital creative assets before delivery
Staying up to date with digital design trends, motion design trends, creative tools, and emerging technologies
Skills and Experience Required
The successful candidate will have:
3–5 years of experience in digital design, ideally within a fast-paced design studio, agency, marketing, or iGaming environment
A strong portfolio showcasing digital advertising, motion graphics, campaign work, HTML5 banners, social media assets, and multi-format creative
Strong experience designing animated digital assets for paid media, display advertising, CRM, web, and social platforms
Essential experience using Bannerflow, Creatopy, or similar display campaign production platforms
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Photoshop
Illustrator
After Effects
Premiere Pro
Experience creating HTML5 display banners
Strong motion design and visual storytelling skills
Ability to develop creative concepts independently
Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency
Strong visual ideation and creative thinking skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Advantageous Skills
The following would be considered an advantage:
A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Motion Design, or a related creative field
Experience working in the iGaming, online casino, betting, gaming, or digital entertainment industry
Experience using Figma
Experience with Blender for 3D modelling and animation
Experience using tools such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management platforms
Interest in AI-assisted creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Freepik, Runway, or similar tools for concept development, ideation, and rapid visual prototyping
Fluency in Portuguese
