The Project
Phase One
1. Competitive Research - undertaking a competitor review of the overall market and the key CASINO competitor brands in NJ
2. igaming market needs and local player insights - verifying the local market needs and how they may differ from other markets
3. Presentation of findings along with recommendations.
Phase Two
4. Further quantitative and qualitative research looking at the client's current offering and finalising a creative strategy to move forward with.
Key Skills and Experience for the Brand Strategy Consultant
- A freelance marketing/branding/research consultant – available to start work immediately or very soon (i.e. 1st September onwards)
- Experienced in the online gambling marketing in the US (casino) – in particular NJ
- Experience either working for a market research agency or advertising agency – in a senior Account management or senior strategic position
- Experienced in running global/local brand positioning campaigns consisting of: local market research proposition and creative platform/product development and testing/validating
- Experience establishing and developing international brands, looking to enter and scale In the US (especially NJ)
- The ideal candidate will have good local agency connections, particularly with local branding or marketing research agencies
- The ability to work independently but also part of a wider team, used to undertaking B2C consumer research and working with research/branding agencies
- An eye for detail
- A good analyst who can interpret data and present it internally
