The role
You will be working in a focused and driven environment where your experience as an Executive Search Consultant will be respected and results generously rewarded. However, should you currently be working as a contingency recruiter, there will be training in place to take to the level of executive search recruiter.
Working on senior roles in the UK and Mainland Europe, the Executive Search Consultant will be offering strategic advice to clients and reaching the best active and passive Digital candidates in the market.
The person
This really is an opportunity for ‘best of breed’ Executive Search Consultants and seasoned Recruitment Consultants looking to make the step up. In order to be considered for this role you must have a proven billing record within the digital niche industry sector, having built strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout your Recruitment career.
As a consummate professional you will be passionate about delivering outstanding strategic recruitment solutions for top tier clients.
