The chances are, you are a ‘passive’ Executive Search Consultant who will only move for an exceptional opportunity. This could be it!
We are very excited to be representing this prestigious, City based Search & Selection firm.
Based at their gorgeous offices in Central London our client works with large, Multinational organisations to secure the best talent within an interesting range of industry sectors.
This client is a pure ‘Search’ firm in that 100% of their business is retained in the traditional way (search/shortlist/success). However, due to current levels of success and repeat business they run at the pace of a contingent recruitment firm, making this an exciting place to work and full of big billers.
Working with Global procurement clients, they have offices all over Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. Established for a number of years, our client is experiencing a growth phase and is able to hire experienced Recruiters / Search Professionals across a number of vertical markets including FMCG.
The Executive Search Consultant Role
Working with multinational clients on a cross border basis, you will be expected to travel to meet clients and candidates. Relationships will be built face to face and you will be encouraged to grow and develop your own accounts.
Depending on your level of previous experience, you may come into the business as a Delivery Consultant or perhaps a Senior Consultant, who would be expected to bring new business in too. You will have senior level support in preparing and winning pitches. It is then your focus to develop, grow and maximise on your accounts. Likewise, if you are a highly successful contingent Recruiter, looking to step into your first Exec Search role and have a passion for a particular sector, you may have the opportunity to start your own desk from scratch.
Due to the high levels of business pitches being won and the continuing growth of this company, we are able to source also Executive Search Consultants into a number of disciplines, including Aerospace, Automotive, Construction, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Chemical, Engineering, Rail, Procurement and Defence.
The successful candidate for this Executive Search Consultant role will need to be happy to travel on a regular basis. You may be in Europe or the Middle East for 2-3 days per week. For this reason, you must also travel well, meaning that you are able to relate to people and conduct business across a variety of cultural climates. Fluency in other languages is an advantage but not essential.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and even though it’s not fashionable to say so, you should be money motivated. The potential to bill big here is huge.
You may be a Senior Consultant with 2 to 5 years’ experience in a particular vertical market, looking to take your career into a fast paced Executive Search environment.
You may even be a Manager who would like to set up your own practice. This would be the ideal environment in which to do this, offering support combined with autonomy to build (or bring) your own team.
If you come from an FMCG background we would love to hear from you. You will need to be business focussed with a genuine love of success and will know your previous billings figures inside out.
The chances are, you are a ‘passive’ Executive Search Consultant candidate who will only move for an exceptional opportunity. This is it. Please call Tamla Anderson on 07415 199944 in complete confidence to find out more.
