In this role, you will work across two key brands, helping to plan, execute, and optimize acquisition and performance campaigns.

You’ll play a vital role in expanding their players base, boosting first-time deposits (FTDs), and contributing to retention and loyalty. You will support the operational success of multi-channel campaigns by coordinating with both internal and external partners, ensuring asset delivery, campaign setup, campaign timelines and consistent tracking of performance metrics.

Key responsibilities for the Growth Campaigns Analyst

  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimization of multi-channel acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, Programmatic, in-app, native ads, conversion-oriented influencers etc.).
  • Maintain up-to-date campaign calendars, requests, creative trackers, and assist on performance reports/dashboards.
  • Brief and collaborate with creative, product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of all acquisition and external retention marketing assets.
  • Partner with agencies and external vendors to execute campaigns that comply with regulatory and brand guidelines, while seeking for results under the real purpose of an online casino: offering an entertainment alternative.
  • Create local campaigns and support Brazilian localization efforts, adapting global campaigns to local nuances and player behaviours.
  • Monitor and report on key acquisition and retention metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, registrations, FTD).
  • Identify performance gaps and proactively flag risks, delays, or underperforming initiatives, suggesting optimization alternatives.
  • Assist in A/B testing of creatives, audiences, channels, and messaging to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with content, communication and designers to produce effective and scalable assets, sharing KPIs and insights
  • Contribute to post-campaign performance reviews and assist in building internal reporting decks.
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and new media opportunities to bring innovative ideas to the acquisition mix.

Key Skills/experience required

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or performance/acquisition marketing.
  • Strong familiarity with digital media buying platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic…).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset (experience with ClickUp or other management tool is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed.
  • Experience working with creative and analytics teams.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a competitive, high-volume transactional e-business and/or gaming environment is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Brazilian market, including regulatory nuances and consumer behaviour.

  • Room to grow within one of the world’s top iGaming companies.
  • Hands-on exposure to global and local campaigns with ownership of results and creative input.
