The Role

Our client is looking for a Junior Marketing Executive in Peru to support and consolidate the brand’s continued growth. Operating in Peru under a local online gambling license, this is a unique opportunity for a highly organized and self-motivated professional to contribute to the development of the brand in a fast-evolving industry while gaining hands-on experience in brand management, media execution, and marketing operations. The role is focused on organization, tracking, reporting accuracy, and operational follow-up to ensure campaigns and marketing activities are delivered correctly and on time.

Your Responsibilities

Campaign Tracking & Reporting

  • Execute the tracking of ongoing brand initiatives and campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports based on defined KPIs.
  • Maintain and update timelines, action plans, and status reports.
  • Monitor TV campaigns to ensure correct spot delivery, frequency, and geographic coverage.
  • Validate post-buy reports and delivery confirmations from broadcasters and agencies.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable documentation of all media activity

Compliance & Market Monitoring

  • Provide operational support in coordination with agencies and external vendors.
  • Follow up on deliverables, materials, timelines, and pending actions.
  • Centralize briefs, presentations, creative assets, and key documentation.
  • Ensure all campaign-related information is properly updated and accessible to the team.

Data Organization & Executive Support

  • Collect and organize campaign, content, and media data.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of information used in executive presentations.
  • Prepare concise executive summaries with key findings and relevant insights.
  • Assist in gathering inputs and documentation for the annual planning process.

Content & Brand Control

  • Review and organize advertising materials before publication.
  • Ensure alignment of materials with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Support campaign and content calendar management.
  • Support execution across the brand’s owned assets and channels.

Compliance & Market Monitoring

  • Assist in ensuring media placements comply with local regulations, brand guidelines, and advertising standards in Peru.
  • Execute competitor monitoring and benchmarking analysis.
  • Identify and summarize relevant marketing, branding, and communication trends in the market.

Skills and Capabilities 

  • Native Spanish speaker. Advanced level of English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or media-related roles.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding principles and social media platforms.
  • Understanding of basic paid media concepts, offline and online (CPM, CTR, reach, trp´s).
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (filters, tables, basic formulas), PowerPoint / Google Slides.
  • Familiarity with digital metrics and performance reporting.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail (reporting, tracking, documentation).
  • Structured and process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and deadline management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Collaborative attitude and team-oriented approach.
  • Proactive and reliable executor.
