Our Client

Our highly successful online gaming client is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Communications candidate to join the Brand and Communications team to help build and deliver the global marketing strategy. 

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a talented, self-motivated individual looking to gain more experience in TTL campaign marketing.

You will report into the Brand and Marcoms Lead and will work directly with internal stakeholders and assist with the responsibility of delivering creative for digital and ATL campaigns. You will need experience of working with multiple stakeholders (including creatives) in a fast-paced environment and hands-on experience of managing the end-to-end creative process, primarily on digital marketing, and also direct mail campaigns.

Key responsibilities: 

Develop and deliver creative

  • Support the Marcoms Lead to deliver the creative for all global digital product, brand, acquisition & retention campaigns across website, mobile/desktop programmatic, paid and organic social
  • Initiate and manage the creative brief process for all markets - including briefing copywriters, and designers, approving concepts, gaining approval from compliance/brief owner, organizing translations and supplying the final assets to brief owner
  • Take all necessary steps to ensure that all campaigns reflect the global brand look and feel and tone of voice, making sure there is brand and creative consistency in all output
  • Encourage the improvement and development of Marcoms processes and procedures where appropriate

Planning

  • Support Marcoms Lead on global marketing campaign planning, working with stakeholders in the digital, performance, social and product teams to plan the annual Marcoms calendar and keep up-to-date.

Research

  • Support the Marcoms Lead in the delivery of all market research requirements for the company brands in the UK and other markets as required
  • Work with Insights agency to scope, cost and deliver the annual brand tracker and on the annual on-boarding survey
  • Benchmark the company offline/online activity vs competitors
  • Support the Marcoms Lead in the development and implementation of a UK player panel
  • Support Marcoms Lead as required to undertake any specific creative research either via TV or other agencies

Direct Mail

  • Define Direct Mail strategy for the upcoming year for Casino and Bingo and review results monthly
  • Test and learn to improve direct marketing conversion across all segments
  • Present the DM results and activity to the UK team quarterly 

 Skills/experience required                                                         

  • 4+ years in a Digital Marketing role with a proven track record in marketing communications
  • The ideal candidate would have worked in a multidiscipline marketing structure where digital channels are used to leverage and benefit from ATL campaigns
  • Creative thinking
  • Proven experience in developing and executing end to end marketing campaigns
  • Good eye for competitor and other industry marketing to ensure company is at the leading edge of campaign marketing
  • Experience of best-in-class marketing
  • A keen interest and knowledge in iGaming
  • Experience in directly working with marketing and creative agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good understanding of current marketing concepts, strategies and best practice
  • Team player, able to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives
  • Good organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects
