Our client, a private residential property investment company, is looking for a Part-Time office assistant / administrator to help with the daily running of their small but busy office in North London. As a business, our client acquires residential flats and houses in order to rent out to tenants and the portfolio is constantly expanding. This role is to primarily assist the Property and Lettings Administrator as well as to assist the Director when required.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing tenancy packs
  • Registering deposits
  • Carrying out online and telephone research
  • Dealing with the post and going to the Post Office
  • Data Inputting- updating applicants, tenancies and other information onto CFP winman property software
  • Scanning, filing and shreddingOther general office duties as required

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years office experience
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word and Exce
  • lAn efficient and methodical mindset
