The Client

Our client is a dynamic independent Hospitality Consultant working with existing, as well as soon to be developed Restaurants across London.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a PA/Project Manager to work alongside and support the Hospitality Consultant while they build and grow the business. Not only are they working on existing projects, producing new concepts, and brand creations, but they are also pitching for new projects.

As a PA your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising between the hospitality consultant and all different kinds of suppliers including corporate caterers, interior designers etc.
  • Working with agencies handling staffing urgent needs
  • Project management across all the restaurants
  • Diary Management and fielding calls for the Hospitality Consultant
  • Dealing with and directing incoming enquiries
  • Managing bespoke requests
  • Research

We are looking for a PA who has the following skills:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  •  Reliable, responsible, and punctual
  • Presentable, able to fit into a trendier environment as well as a more corporate setting
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Positive upbeat can-do attitude
  • Problem-solving previous experience
  • High level of initiative with the ability to think outside the box
  • Flexible in nature, able to adapt to change with ease.
  • Exceptional organisational skills

The Benefits

Along with a salary of up to £55,000 pro rata, you will also receive a range of benefits including discounted restaurant meals, a pension scheme, health insurance and a private members club membership which includes a gym. You will be working 4 flexible hours per day, 5 days per week, 09:00-13:00 or 10:00-14:00 ideally, with a view to increasing hours as the business and workload develops further.

You will initially be working remotely with a weekly meeting on Zoom or face to face, although you may be required to attend client meetings from time to time.
