The Role of Paid Search Executive
In this junior role, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in managing, optimising, and scaling PPC campaigns across multiple platforms and markets.This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn individual who has a strong interest in digital marketing and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Assistance: Support the PPC team with daily management of paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, ASA, and UAC
- Learning and Development: Engage in ongoing training to understand the fundamentals of PPC and contribute effectively to campaign strategies and optimisations.
- Keyword Research: Conduct basic keyword research and assist in ad copy creation to align with campaign goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Help monitor campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversion rates) and flag opportunities or issues for optimisation.
- Reporting: Assist in compiling regular reports on campaign performance for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and creative, to build a broader understanding of digital marketing
- Testing Support: Participate in A/B testing efforts and contribute ideas for testing ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Who are we looking for:
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Passion for Digital Marketing: A strong interest in digital marketing, particularly PPC, with a desire to build a career in this field.
- Basic Knowledge of Paid Search Platforms: Exposure to platforms like Google Ads is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Numerical and Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work with data, compile reports and communicate findings clearly.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative Mindset: Eagerness to work as part of a dynamic, multi-national team.
- Proactive Learning: Self-motivated and proactive in learning new tools and techniques.
Desirable Skills:
- Web Analytics Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- Data Analysis: Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Relevant Experience: Any previous internship or educational project experience in digital marketing or PPC.
