Our client is a FMCG brand looking to scale up and are moving at quite a pace to do so, therefore looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive acquisition, with a focus on paid channels. This is a remote role, requiring team meet ups only once or twice a month.
The Role of the Performance Marketing Manager
You will be responsible for accelerating the full range of media activities and will report directly to the Head of Growth, becoming central to the success of this fast-growing organisation whilst also carving out a progressive career path.
As Performance Marketing Manger your duties will include:
- Improving the effectiveness of paid media activity
- Data analysis-running tests to determine best practice while also looking at the media mix and creatives.
- Setting up and optimising all campaigns including Facebook ads, AdWords and You Tube
Experience and Skills for the Performance Marketing Manager
- 3+ years experience implementing Facebook and AdWords campaigns directly
- Experience working with CRMs, Ad creative Design, SQL, SEO and UX.
- Reporting and testing analysis
- Insightful and creative
- Leadership qualities
