Our client, a well-established Engineering & Technical recruitment consultancy are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team and contribute to the growth of their Built Environment and Construction division. Our client boasts PSL status and excellent existing relationships with blue chip clients in London, the South East & Aberdeen. As a single site business, there are no restrictions on geographical supply.
The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant will include:
Generating new business by research, sales and networking.Account Management of established Clients, providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships and maximizing business opportunity.Work with resourcing consultants to ensure Client recruitment needs are met.Candidate resourcing & management for key positions.Working with the recruitment manager and team to ensure financial targets are achieved.Consistently providing a high level service to all Clients and Candidates to ensure continued business and maintain the strong reputation in the sector.
The aims for this desk will be realistic and our client will encourage and support the right person to achieve within this division.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have proven recruitment experience within the Engineering and Technical sector. Additionally, be highly motivated, hard working, well organised and possess excellent communication skills as well as a previous history of meeting financial targets and securing new business. In return our client will fully support the right person, including negotiating terms with clients, setting up agreements and full back office contracts, plus they will be given a client entertainment budget.
