The role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for business development as well as delivery, therein offering the scope of a full 360 role. You will be able to create your own desk around you, with your own candidates and clients whilst also being given the opportunity to share your business with your team members. Whilst individual success is a key driver, team synergy is also of great importance within this role.

The person

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is either currently working within or looking to move into the Medical Devices Sales recruitment sector.

However, if you are a Graduate with confidence, tenacity, attention to detail and strong sales ability you will be well placed to succeed within this high-achieving team. Although Recruitment experience is not essential, you will need to have had some exposure to a sales environment coupled with ideally a Science-related University degree. Our client is looking for bright, engaging individuals with a passion for success within the Recruitment industry.
