Due to expansion, our client is looking to add experienced recruiters to their team.
In this competitive market, you will work closely with Hospitals to understand their individual hiring strategies, while combining powerful market knowledge to secure the best talent in the marketplace.
This role will involve all aspects of the recruitment sales cycle from mapping your market, developing new business, managing existing business, attracting and managing candidates and growing your overall market presence.
You will be handling a complex workload, whilst also further developing your understanding of placing highly qualified Doctors. This will include gaining a more specialist insight of the NHS systems, IMC/GMC, negotiations and interview coaching.
Working in a close-knit team with highly supportive management and leadership, you will be encouraged and led to achieve more. You will be provided with all the tools necessary to be highly successful whilst increasing your earning potential.
The successful candidate for this Recruitment Consultant role will ideally come from a Medical Recruitment background. However, as our client appreciates individuals’ potential as well as skill sets, they would be keen to hear from successful recruiters across all sectors.
You will be building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, so a proven track record and solid career history is required.
Loyalty and dedication are a must, as well as a high levels of integrity, communication skills and a hunger to succeed.
