Based in prestigious Mayfair offices, our client is an Executive Search & Selection Consultancy specialising in Senior Sales, IT and Change Management / Business Process Outsourcing.

Due to various business wins and impressive growth trajectory, they are urgently looking for a couple of Researchers / Resourcers to join the European Sales function.

Your Recruitment Researcher/ Resourcer role

This IS a fantastic unique opportunity for anyone who wants to provide a high quality delivery service to a global corporate giant.

As a Researcher / Resourcer you will responsible for three key areas; Talent Mapping, Head Hunting and Shortlisting for retained assignments. Working very closely with a Client Consultant and team of Directors, you will be expected to source a pipeline of potential talent and build a community around client needs. Your remit will be Global.

You will be trained in effective head hunting and other talent acquisition techniques and will assist Client Directors in shortlisting for retained vacancies.

 

What do we need from you?

Due to the volume of work and the nature of the business, the successful candidate will need to be incredibly organised, confident and have a strong interpersonal skills.

Working in this fast-paced environment with a huge volume of exclusive assignments you will be expected to take on a lot of responsibility very quickly. You will be on a steep learning curve and will be speaking to and sourcing high-level professionals from week one and will therefore you will need to be switched-on, engaging and up for the challenge.
