The Role of Senior Affiliate Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of Affiliates and part of the central Affiliate Team, as a Senior Affiliate Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Affiliate sales results for all products
  • Monitoring and analysing affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts and models
  • Identifying and cultivating top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
  • Creating monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers
  • Collaborating with the internal creative teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network
  • Developing affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaignsImplementing strategies to increase quality and yield of affiliate partners
  • Representing our client at industry events and keep updated on industry trends

Skills and Experience for the Senior Affiliate Manager role are

  • 3+ years experience in affiliate sales
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
  • Switched on with data analysis and using data to inform decisions
  • Knowledge of affiliate and direct marketing best practices
  • Trustworthiness
  • Strong analytics and Excel skills
  • igaming experience is preferred
