Based in prestigious Mayfair offices, our client is an Executive Search & Selection Consultancy providing high level search & recruitment across front, middle and back office, consulting for clients on a global scale. They specialise in the Outsourcing sector as well as servicing the end user’s requirements. Due to various business wins and impressive growth trajectory, they are looking for a Senior Recruitment Researcher to join their client team.

With a competitive salary of between £35k to £50k basic depending on your experience, you will be working with a professional, impressive, focused team whose main objective is to deliver outstanding service to their retained clients in a consultative manner.

The Senior Recruitment Researcher role

This IS a fantastic unique opportunity for anyone who wants to provide a high quality delivery service to a global corporate giant.

Working very closely with a Client Consultant and team of Directors, you will be expected to source a pipeline of potential talent and build a community around client needs. Your remit will be Global.

Your experience in effective head hunting and talent acquisition techniques will assist Client Directors in shortlisting for retained vacancies and you will be rewarded well for your efforts. Once you have a solid understanding of client needs and the companies culture, you could be in a position to move into the Client Executive position and beyond. The opportunities for progression and earning substantial income are there for the right people.

What do we need from you?

Due to the volume of work and the nature of the business, the successful candidate will need to be incredibly organised and confident with strong team and interpersonal skills as well as the gravitas to work with very senior candidates.

Working in this fast-paced yet consultative environment you will be expected to work independently as well as contributing to the team. You will be will be speaking with and sourcing high-level professionals will therefore you will need to be switched-on, engaging and up for the challenge.

Candidates with a background in change management and outsourcing are of particular interest but what is most essential is you drive, commitment to an providing an excellent consultative service as well as you willingness to learn and develop.
