The Job

Our client is looking for a Senior IT Recruitment Manager to come into the business and assist the management team with the opening of a new office in London.

Your initial responsibilities will be the opening of the new office, the recruitment of two Team Leaders (reporting to you) and the careful hiring of a small and highly effective team.

It is expected that you will continue as a hands on, ‘billing Recruiter’ before stepping into a Managing Partner position which will be more operational and strategic in focus.

You will have responsibility for the P&L of the London office and you will have full business support including bid management, L&D, marketing and finance business partnering.

 

The Senior IT Recruitment Manager

  • This is an extremely critical hire for our client and the recruitment turnaround will be fast for the right person.
  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Consultant/Managing Consultant/Team Leader with over 3 years’ experience and be ready for Senior Management responsibilities.
  • You will also need to have significant experience of developing managing recruiters and billing managers.
  • It is essential that you are experienced and knowledgeable in the IT or Telcos sector (or both!) and are a regular solid biller at present.
  • You will be expected to demonstrate a good understanding of the economics behind the running of a successful recruitment business.
  • There is also the future opportunity to open further offices in Europe so a desire for continuous challenge and reward is highly desirable.
