SEO Team Manager - Remote

The Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Leader / Manager to join our clients thriving business. The ideal candidate will have a high level of English proficiency, as well as extensive experience in leading remote teams that are diverse and multicultural.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SEO team to achieve high-quality results and meet the company's goals
• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content, design, and development to ensure SEO initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives
• Analyse and report on SEO performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in SEO management and leadership roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques, including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Tech Audit tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Experience with managing remote and diverse team
• Familiarity with the gaming and entertainment industry is a plus
