Take a Walk on the Wild-Side….
Our client is already servicing clients in the US (as well as globally) and your role will be to develop those existing clients whilst of course also developing new business and opportunities.
Once establishing a strong network, the plan is to move permanently across the waters and fully establish yourself in the New York office along with other team members.
The move is anticipated to be between July and September of 2016.
Now that we have established the role will be moving from London to the Big Apple within a 6-8 month period, it is time to get back to basics to let you more about the day to day side of the role.
Not only will you be expected to excel as a 360 recruiter, in order to help you become an expert in your field, you will also be involved in representing the brand at industry events and networking events. You will host client events, playing your part in driving the social media side to bring in business and raising the profile of the client’s brand in New York.
All of these activities will provide your client base with superior customer service and experience, once again bring our client’s brand to the forefront of their minds, allowing you to develop strong trusted relationships which, in turn, will bring you more business.
The IT recruitment consultant
You should ideally be a successful, experienced IT recruiter, however, as our client strives to always be the best, if you are a high achieving recruiter in another field you will still be considered.
What is most important is your demonstrable intelligence, drive, cultural awareness and proven ability to grow a business and increase sales through excellent account management and business development skills.
Relocation is an essential requirement for this role. Your employer will take care of your visa situation but you should be confident that you are eligible to pass appropriate US background checks.
