The VIP Manager role

As well as liaising with VIP’s and customers, the VIP Manager will help deliver the VIP strategy for a number of their bingo brands and deliver on overall targets. Candidates must be able to create, build and maintain relationships with VIP accounts and will be required to proactively contact accounts to obtain maximum lifetime value.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Analysing and reporting on VIP activity, while making suggestions for rewards, gifts and events for VIP’s
  • Assisting with the acquisition of new VIPs, whilst also contacting and regenerating inactive accounts
  • Analysing and pro-actively anticipating VIP needs and identifying new opportunities with new sign-ups
  • Creating an enhanced proactive service for VIP members to create and encourage loyalty and increase customer satisfaction levels
  • Dealing with escalated issues/queries for VIPs, sourcing solutions to ensure effective resolution and proactively offer advice
  • Cultivating a strong relationship with VIP players, developing them through regular one to one correspondence by email, telephone, live chat, post and face to face is necessary
  • Providing accurate weekly and monthly reporting
  • Keeping up to date with any significant industry changes that may affect the VIP accounts
  • Cross marketing activities and ensuring new promotions and features are communicated to all player VIP levels
  • Accurate weekly and monthly reporting

The person

Our client is looking for people who will uphold their vision, values and goals. This means that they are looking for lively, fun-loving, passionate and energetic individuals who can create memorable experiences for customers while delivering on key KPI’s.

Skills and Experience

  • Whether from a large corporate or smaller niche company, our client is ideally looking for 2-3 years’ experience as a VIP manager or customer support, preferably from within the online gaming industry.
  • A confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the successful candidate should possess both strong relationship and negotiation skills, coupled with keen commercial awareness
  • The ability to empathise while understanding different behaviour preferences is a must, as is a high level of integrity and agility
  • You will have a professional approach to work and a real passion to be the very best, taking pride in the products our clients create and deliver
  • The ability to work flexible hours when required  
  • An additional European language is beneficial
